Fat Bass® Custom Baits, LLC, is a company that prides itself in producing top quality baits and lures that are made available for sale on its website. Customer's wishing to purchase any of the Fat Bass® products are encouraged to use the website and its secure and convenient online purchasing system using their credit card.

Payment
Payment for any order must be received previous to the order being shipped. If there is an issue and our checkout system is not working for some reason, the customer should contact Fat Bass® at support@fatbasscustombaits.com for other payment methods. Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment. To cancel an order please send an email to orders@fatbasscustombaits.com with a copy of your order details.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges of Fat Bass® products are given within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be sent via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Items returned via C.O.D. will be refused. Please DO NOT send your returned items by air or standard mail service as these services typically do not provide delivery confirmations. It is not a requirement, but we would greatly appreciate an explanation for your return to help us improve our products and services.
